Refunds and Cancellations

Fees paid to Atelier are non-refundable. The single exception is set out below: where Atelier has not delivered the service paid for, the fee for that undelivered service is returned in full. This page sets out how that applies to each service, how to cancel, and how a refund is processed where one is due.
1. Services
Atelier provides online health and fitness coaching services only. All services are delivered remotely. There is no in-person or studio training. Services are delivered to clients in India.
2. The Atelier Blueprint
The fee for the Blueprint is ₹1,000. This is a founding rate for the first 10 clients, rising to ₹2,500 thereafter.
- The fee is non-refundable once paid.
- Where Atelier does not deliver the written Blueprint, the fee is returned in full.
- If the client subsequently joins the Atelier Programme, the fee is credited in full against the programme fee.
3. The Atelier Programme
- The programme is a fixed twelve-week engagement.
- Programme fees are agreed individually following the assessment and consultation, and are not published.
- Programme fees are non-refundable once paid.
- Where Atelier does not deliver the agreed services, the fee for the undelivered portion is returned on a pro-rata basis.
4. Cancellation
A client may discontinue the programme at any time by writing to help@atelierhealth.in. No further payments fall due after that point. Fees already paid for the current twelve-week term are not refunded.
5. How refunds are processed
Where a refund is due under the exception above, it is returned to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of approval. The client's bank may take additional time to reflect the credit.
